Cosmonautics day and the end of Artemis 2

A personal reflection on how the Artemis 2 mission completion and Cosmonautics Day serve as a reminder of human courage and big dreams.

Author: Michael Kokin ·

Honestly, I was really blown away by the Artemis 2 mission. And it's not just NASA's textbook marketing (though that part is great too).

It's about hope. People from all over the world are happy to finally be talking about human courage, curiosity, and space — instead of everything we've gotten used to discussing these past few years.

Today is Cosmonautics Day. Feels like the perfect excuse to take a breath, let go of the FOMO and anxiety, and think about science and big dreams.

Riding that wave, I put together a landing page about Artemis 2 right when the mission launched — and updated it yesterday once it wrapped up successfully.

Nothing fancy — but it'll help you feel the excitement of how far humans have ventured out again, in just a couple of minutes.

So if you're in the mood for a little space romance, check it (again):
